Well and well. Apparently this is Real Tia, which differs from Fake Tia in that Real Tia is mean and evil and nobody likes her.
I'm glad I have never seen or heard from Real Tia, 'cause she sure looks like she's about to incur bodily harm on someone or something.
Done in Painter Essentials over several days. Really it's my first time using Painter and it sure acts weird. :/

this looks great. i've only been messing with the program for a few days now, but it's frustrating how complicated it becomes when it seems to be acting up.
